Use this page to request deletion of Meta-derived or frontdesk.ge account data. Requests can be sent to privacy@frontdesk.ge with enough detail to identify the relevant business, channel, account, or provider user ID.
When a Meta user removes the app and requests deletion, Meta sends a signed_request to https://api.frontdesk.ge/api/meta/data-deletion. frontdesk.ge verifies the signature, stores a deletion request receipt, and returns a status URL plus confirmation code so you can track the request.
After a valid request, the frontdesk.ge privacy team locates the Meta identifiers, access tokens, webhook payload references, and connected conversation records associated with the verified scope and deletes or anonymizes the non-retained data. Requests are completed within 30 days; the callback status stays "received" while the request is being processed and advances to "completed" once the deletion is done. Deletion confirmation records and legal, accounting, dispute, and security records may be retained when required by law. For questions or to request manual deletion, contact privacy@frontdesk.ge.
